Gastronomic experience and guided tour (4 hours)

Learn how to make challah, a special braided bread eaten on Shabbat and Jewish holidays, in one of the oldest Jewish buildings in Barcelona in the heart of the medieval Jewish quarter, Casa Adret.

We'll guide you through the basics of challah, then take a comprehensive tour of the old Jewish quarter where we'll explore Jewish life in Barcelona's aljama, local traditions, social relationships and the significance of the 1391 attacks, before heading back to Casa Adret to taste our creation.

After 600 years of the absence of Jewish life in the building, connecting with Jewish food and tradition in your space is a truly moving and meaningful experience. If the walls could talk!
